Andrew is a leader within our Retail Merchandising practice focusing on the areas of assortment optimization, merchandising operating models, and inventory management. He has a proven record of identifying margin expansion opportunities and working with management with a view to effectively structure, roll out, and train broader teams so as to achieve improvements in profitability. In the past 10 years, Andrew’s projects have spanned specialty apparel and nonapparel wholesalers, department stores, and mass retailers with $2 billion to $14 billion in annual revenue. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was in buying and planning roles at Target Corp.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
