Andrew is a leader within our Retail Private Equity and Fashion practices. He has a proven record of identifying profitability expansion opportunities and working with management with a view to effectively structure, roll out, and train broader teams to realize and sustain benefits into the go-forward operating model. Andrew focuses his efforts on core profitability improvements, operating model transformations, and deal maximization across the end-to-end deal lifecycle for financial sponsors. In the past ten years, Andrew’s projects have spanned specialty apparel and non-apparel wholesalers, department stores, and mass retailers with $2 billion to $14 billion in annual revenue. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was in buying and planning roles at Target Corp.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
