Bala is a marketing and commercial executive with 25 years of international experience in business-to-business industries. His expertise lies in driving all aspects of marketing toward commercial success; designing effective marketing organizations; building robust business-unit-level growth strategies and long-term plans; instituting processes for the conceptualization, development, and launch of new products; creating channel programs; rationalizing complex product portfolios; and driving value and transactional pricing analytics to maximize EBITDA. He has initiated and driven successful initiatives at large and complex matrix organizations with rigor and accountability.
