Cindy has more than 25 years of experience in professional services, driving systemic and sustainable change by aligning people, entities, and cultures. She led AlixPartners' global marketing and communications through two firm acquisitions, a CEO transition, and a brand strategy review. She now leads the integration of the firm’s approach to diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility.
She holds a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University's ILR School and an MBA in International Marketing. She is on the board of Global Kids, a charity that empowers and inspires thousands of disadvantaged young people to reach university and develop as leaders in their communities and around the world.
