He benefits clients by specializing in the areas of selling, general, and administrative expenses (SG&A) cost reduction, best cost migration, sales and operations planning, and operational improvement in the high-tech, consumer product, and service industries. Before joining AlixPartners, Chris was at Archstone Consulting, where he managed strategy and operations client engagements focused on sales and operations planning, operational improvement, strategic business planning, change management, and organizational design. Chris has an MBA from the University of Illinois.
