He has been a builder of growth stories and organizations by applying his deep analytical capabilities for organizations of all sizes. Chris takes a hands-on approach and applies an engineer’s mind-set to the ways work gets done and value gets created. Client companies across the value chain have benefited from Chris’s extensive experience in the areas of growth and marketing strategy, go-to-market models, supply chain strategy and reconfiguration, innovation, and plant efficiency improvement. Previously, he was vice president of price and promotion at Sara Lee, led sales and marketing functions at Bob Evans Foods, and served as board chair for private-equity-sponsored companies.
Chris has an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M Ross School of Business.
