Chris has over twelve years of industry and consulting experience in aerospace and defense and other diversified industries where he has led major transformation engagements that restructure organizations to provide enhanced customer solutions, prepare for major growth, turnaround plants, reduce operating costs, and develop strategic capabilities.
He takes a pragmatic approach to problem solving ranging from the shop floor to executive leadership with a hands-on approach leading people, process, and highly engineered products.
In his early career, Chris was a build team lead that managed and executed aircraft design and manufacture for a $220 million development program at Bell Helicopter. Chris earned a Master’s in business administration with a concentration in strategy and finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution and engineering from Texas A&M University.
