Dave transforms companies typically by serving as interim executive. He has improved the results for companies in a variety of industries, including power generation, education, business services, transportation, distribution, and manufacturing. He has increased revenues, reduced costs, improved liquidity, and refinanced balance sheets. Dave was chief administrative officer (CAO) for sister renewable energy yieldcos TerraForm Global and TerraForm Power. And he was interim CFO for an $850-million publicly traded, for-profit career education company; CFO for Exopack Holding, a privately held SEC-registered, $700-million manufacturer of flexible packaging; CFO for X-Rite, a $300-million manufacturer of electro/optical color measurement devices; and CFO for Allied Holdings, a $1-billion publicly traded transportation company.
