SUMMARY
Esther specializes in helping clients that are in distressed situations and in need of financial restructuring. With more than 20 years of professional experience, she has a particular focus on treasury, including the areas of liquidity management, maturities and prolongations, covenants, bank account reporting, and lenders’ negotiations.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, she was an independent consultant and interim manager focused on finance and financing. Before that, she assisted clients in special situations financing and financing restructuring, working in Frankfurt, London, and New York.
Esther has an MBA (Dipl.-Kauffrau) from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management.
