Eric brings more than two decades of experience in management consulting and industry by having led numerous global procurement and supply chain transformations. He has a proven record of delivering superior results by implementing best-in-class sourcing methods and aligning with internal stakeholders. Recently, Eric lived and worked in Hong Kong as Avery Dennison vice president of procurement leading Asia Pacific, where he defined the material sourcing strategy, led supplier development and ongoing supplier negotiations, and conducted performance measurement of $700M in annual spend. Before that, he was a principal at Boston Consulting Group and A.T. Kearney in various industries, focusing on procurement and operations consulting.
Eric has an MBA from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.
