SUMMARY
Foster co-leads AlixPartners’ Operations Practice as well as the Transportation & Infrastructure Practice and has over 34 years of industry and consulting experience. His area of focus is in the resolution of operationally complex situations. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he led and executed operational consulting assignments at Kearney and Deloitte Consulting.
Foster holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Ga Tech in Atlanta, Georgia and an MBA from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, a Certified Turnaround Professional, and a Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management. He is a member of and frequent presenter at the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
