SUMMARY
Faisel has more than 20 years of C-suite and financial experience focused on value creation. He has created and implemented comprehensive growth strategies at several of the world’s largest public and private regulated electric and water utilities such as the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, K-Electric (formerly, Karachi Electric Supply Co.), and Hydro One, Ltd., in Canada. He was previously with Alvarez & Marsal as managing director and cohead of North America corporate M&A. Previous to that, he was cofounder of Public Infrastructure Partners, which provided M&A and operational advisory services for leading corporations, private equity, infrastructure, and pension funds. In addition, he has served as chief financial officer for public companies and is a Sarbanes?Oxley financial expert.
Faisel has MBAs from New York University’s Stern School of Business and from Tsinghua University in Beijing.
