Frank has over 25 years of experience in consulting and industry, having held executive-level positions in operations, quality, procurement, sales, alliance management, and merger integration, including profit-and-loss responsibility for a $1B generics and API division, $50M contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) division and a $250M branded pharmaceutical alliance. Frank led transformative change, along with top and bottom-line improvements in all of those engagements and managed multiple divestitures and acquisitions in branded pharmaceuticals, generics and medical device assets.
He also served as chief operations officer and chief digital innovation officer at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Frank also has 18 years of consulting experience in pharmaceutical and industrial companies with McKinsey & Company.
Frank has a PhD in business management from the University of Bielefeld in Germany and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in Washington D.C.
