Glenn draws on over 25 years of global industry and consulting experience across the telecommunications, retail, hospitality, and agribusiness industries. Throughout his consulting career, he has held a broad range of positions—from help desk and technical operations to strategic operations advisory and interim executive roles. In his industry experience, Glenn has led the development of new business units and service lines and has improved operational performance through applied innovation and operating-model transformation. Glenn specializes in creating and executing tailored digital transformation, IT optimization, and applied innovation programs that deliver measurable, sustainable business results. Previously, he was at Capgemini, British Telecom, and KPMG after starting his career at Andersen Consulting.
Glenn has a Bachelor of Science in economics from Central Missouri State University.
