Greg has 25 years of consulting and industry experience, specializing in turnaround initiatives focused on operations improvement, cost reduction, revenue enhancement, contract management, M&A, strategic planning, and business intelligence. Since joining AlixPartners, Greg has worked extensively with global high-tech and private-equity clients on a variety of strategic and operational initiatives. Previously, Greg was a director at Archstone Consulting, in the firm’s strategy and operations practice, where he led projects that consistently achieved significant financial benefits for clients. He also previously held multiple product development and engineering positions at Ford Motor Company.
Greg has an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He has published his perspectives on lean manufacturing, including an article entitled “Before the Wrenches Turn” in Reliable Plant magazine.
