Hisaomi Sasaki is a Senior Advisor in the Enterprise Improvement practice at AlixPartners’ Tokyo office. He joined the firm in 2006 and has more than 45 years of experience in the automotive industry. He also served as president and CEO of an automotive manufacturer in England, a diesel engine manufacturer in Poland, and a large auto parts manufacturer in Japan, contributing to turnaround and reinforcing the company ground. At AlixPartners, He has been involved in a wide range of projects such as corporate turnaround and platform reinforcement.

佐々木久臣 シニア・アドバイザー。自動車産業及びものづくり分野で45年以上にわたるグローバルな実務経験を有す。アリックスパートナーズ入社以前は、いすゞ自動車生産担当専務取締役として、ものづくり経営の実践とマニュアル化に務め、日本的ものづくり経営方式を「8Mイノベーション」に体系化した。この経営管理式に基づき、英国の自動車製造会社、ポーランドに設立されたディーゼルエンジン製造会社、日本の自動車部品製造会社のCEOも務めた。東北大学工学部卒業。米General Motors Institute 海外1年コース終了。
