With a special focus on global procurement organizations, Hendrik supports companies in large transformations in a variety of industries. His work centers on industries that manufacture technologically demanding products, such as aerospace or high technology. Hendrik has more than 25 years of global business experience in addressing restructuring, transformation, and turnaround situations with a need to improve procurement performance. He was formerly vice president of supply chain management at Carl Zeiss, held a senior management position with Philips Semiconductors, and was a member of the German management team of A.T. Kearney.
Hendrik has a doctorate in measurement and control sciences from the University of Essen in Germany, a master of science in physics from SUNY Albany, and an MBA from Brunel University in England.
