Ingo has two decades of professional experience focused on developing and executing complex restructuring and transformation programs. The programs involve development of strategic goals but also include strict and disciplined operational execution as well as all financial implications. Ingo gained experience in consulting and transformation programs—especially in the retail and fast-moving-consumer-goods sector—at McKinsey & Company and in investment banking—with focus on buy- and sell-side mandates, initial public offerings (IPOs), and capital increases—at Goldman Sachs. And he held several operational leadership roles in chief restructuring officer and chief financial officer (CFO) positions.
Ingo has a diploma (Dipl.-Kfm.) from European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel, an M.B.A. from Katz Graduate School of Business (University of Pittsburgh) and a Doctorate from RWTH Aachen University.
