José brings more than 20 years of experience in leading procurement transformation and performance improvement initiatives. His leadership roles at some of the largest global food and beverage companies have established best practices and delivered significant value and performance improvement. Through digitalization, process improvement, and supply management optimization, José consistently achieves significant cost savings and capability development for procurement organizations. Previously, he was with Arthur D. Little in Latin America and Kearney in London, executing significant performance improvement projects for public- and private-sector clients. He brings a global perspective to his roles, having lived and worked in five countries.
