John applies over a decade of experience leading organizations to increased value through strategic and operational improvement initiatives. His areas of expertise include procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, logistics optimization, strategy development, process improvement and organizational development. He has successfully delivered engagements in a broad range of industries including restaurants, convenience stores, manufacturing, retail, consumer packaged goods, and insurance. In addition to his experience in consulting, John served as a logistics officer in the United States Marine Corps.
