Jason has more than 20 years of experience in a combination of consulting and industry roles, helping companies realize value through technology-enabled business transformation, software implementation, program management, process improvement, customer experience, and operational assessments with a focus on Professional Services, Support, and Customer Success.
In his prior role at a software company, Jason focused on industry-specific enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications. He served as a leader in the firm’s Professional Services business unit, overseeing ERP implementations and a consulting technical center of excellence comprised of 30 consultants. Jason partnered with Customer Support, Customer Success, Cloud Operations, and Product Management teams on various product and implementation improvement initiatives.
Jason has an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
