Jim has more than 20 years of consulting experience in working across a broad array of industries, including telecommunications and media, consumer products, retail, transportation, software, and healthcare. Jim is also adept at reducing cost structures through functional transformation, general-and-administrative-expenses streamlining, shared-services creation, outsourcing, and strategic sourcing. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Jim was a principal at A.T. Kearney and oversaw a number of entrepreneurial ventures, including the turnaround of a sporting goods retail operation.
