SUMMARY
Joe has more than 20 years' experience in guiding businesses through financial distress and improving cash flow and bottom-line results. He has worked with companies in mining, chemicals, discrete manufacturing, real estate, consumer products, and retail and distribution. Prior to AlixPartners, he was with the finance organizations of Raytheon Company and the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
Joe holds a master’s degree in industrial administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
