Joshua works across industries, most notably within private-equity firms and their constituent profile companies, drawing on years of experience in conducting applied research.
Joshua has a Master of Science in industrial and organizational psychology from Baruch College and completed advanced academic and practicum work in the field of counseling psychology at Columbia University. He has Hogan Assessments Certification, specializing in personality and managerial performance and behavior change techniques.
