Konstantin’s focus is on operational restructuring, SG&A cost reduction, head count reduction, works council negotiations, business and scenario planning, and reorganization. In addition, clients benefit from his extensive expertise in driving commercial excellence in restructuring situations, especially when it comes to the implementation of new business and operating setups to deliver on restructuring and business plans.
Konstantin has a master’s-equivalent degree (Dipl.-Kfm.) from the University of Bayreuth. He is fluent in German and English.
