Jason has more than 15 years of professional experience, mostly in China and focused on the retail and consumer products industry. His specific expertises are in the areas of digitalization, e-commerce, and digital marketing. Jason has helped companies in Greater China with strategy development, operations assessment, and operations planning. Clients benefit from his implementations of large-scale programs such as whole-company digital transformation that affects a company’s entire product line. Previously, he started an e-commerce company in China and ran China operations for a Singapore-listed firm for which he rebuilt the China team and doubled revenues twice in two years.
Jason has an MBA from INSEAD. He served in the Singapore Army as a lieutenant in the Basic Military School and is coauthor of numerous papers on the topics of China markets and the retail, consumer, and digital industries.
