Larry has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting and industry. He has worked across industries, including medical technology, automotive, aerospace and defense, and consumer products. His clients benefit from his primary focus on increasing efficiency and reducing costs in the manufacturing environment. He has experience in the areas of footprint strategy, maintenance operations, lean manufacturing, industrial engineering, planning, transformation, and manufacturing-strategy development. Larry has been involved in multiple transformation initiatives in manufacturing organizations and has experience with footprint optimization, site consolidation, shop floor execution, business case development, Six Sigma and lean methodologies, strategic option development, and project management.
Larry has an MBA in manufacturing operations and strategy from Cornell University and a Master of Science in management of technology from Fairfield University.
