Matt guides large and midsize companies through the many complexities associated with financial and operational turnarounds and restructurings. He has more than 18 years of experience in advising companies in various industries on developing and implementing transformation programs including improving financial planning and forecasting, budget and business plan development and implementation, business and accounting process improvements, cash management practices, accounting restatements, commercial negotiations, cost savings identification, due diligence assessments, merger integrations, and SG&A reorganizations.
Matt is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Michigan and a member of the Michigan Association of CPAs, the Turnaround Management Association, and the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors. He has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Economics and a Master of Accounting from the University of Michigan.
