SUMMARY
Matt employs nearly 15 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain to help companies resolve complex challenges. He has a strong track record of delivering value for clients through procurement, operational improvements, pricing strategy, and value engineering.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Matt worked in corporate finance at Leprino Foods where he led strategic initiatives in the company’s domestic and international markets. Formerly, Matt was a supply chain consultant at Accenture.
Matt has an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
