Michael leads underperforming companies through significant changes. He has more than 35 years of experience as an advisor or interim leader. He is a change manager with the business judgment and decision-making capability that transitional companies need to quickly identify business problems and to plan and execute corrective action solutions. His leadership, communication skills and financial acumen have been tested in many complex and underperforming organizations facing important business challenges. Whether an advisor or leader, Michael works collaboratively with owners, boards of directors, and management teams to deliver specific agreed-upon objectives, improved operating performance and stability to client companies in transition.
Michael started his career in increasingly responsible financial roles at large industrial and consumer product companies. He received his MBA in Finance (with Distinction) from NYU Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Michigan.
