Michael has extensive hands-on experience in leading teams focused on operational improvement across all aspects of a company, including pricing, sales effectiveness, revenue growth, manufacturing, field execution, network and footprint strategies, SG&A, sourcing, and working-capital improvement. Michael has experience in leading clients through product portfolio optimization, commercial strategies, the redeployment of sales forces, the optimization of manufacturing and service footprints, and the combining of back-office functions.
Michael has a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and he is a certified Project Management Professional.
