Mike has extensive experience in advising companies and creditors through their financial challenges and complex restructurings. Mike has advised management as well as secured and unsecured lenders through negotiated workouts and in-court processes in a wide range of industries, including retail, restaurants, commercial and industrial, energy, and municipalities. Clients benefit from his areas of core expertise such as capital restructurings, financing negotiations, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and complex litigation support. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he worked in cash flow and asset-based lending, focusing on leveraged transactions in the commercial, industrial, retail, and restaurant industries.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science in finance from Boston College.
