Prasad advises clients in the technology, industrial manufacturing and distribution, financial services, and automotive supplies industries on top-line and margin improvement topics. He has also advised companies on M&A, organic growth strategies through product definition and development, pricing, and sales effectiveness strategies. He has deep expertise in leading large-scale product development, integration, and IT transformation programs and has worked with private-equity firms on due diligence and postacquisition performance improvement. Prior to Alix Partners, he led consulting engagements at Houlihan Lokey and other top-tier financial services and technology consulting firms as well as mobile strategy and product development programs at JPMorgan Chase.
