Paolo has almost 30 years of experience in strategic and operational improvement work with national and international clients in the aviation, aerospace and defense, oil & gas, automotive, industrial goods, and transportation sectors. Paolo's main area of expertise is in complex operational turnarounds and step-change performance improvements. Through the years, he has also advised industrial clients on business strategy, growth plans, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, and postmerger integrations. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was senior partner at Bain & Company, where he led the Europe/Middle East/Africa (EMEA) aerospace and defense and EMEA cost-integrated-programs practices. Paolo has a degree in management engineering from Politecnico di Milano. He speaks fluent Italian, English, and French.
