Peter has more than 15 years’ experience in operation transformation in the automotive, fast-moving-consumer-product, industrial product, and transportation and logistics industries, with management consulting experience on profitability and performance improvement via business planning, sales and operations planning, sourcing and procurement, target operating model, network/footprint optimization, lean and continuous improvement, and price value capture. Previously, Peter was a principal at Roland Berger. And he has held positions including associate director, senior manager, and senior supply chain planner. Peter has an MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
