Pete has 25 years of experience working with retailers and brands on their c-level agendas. His clients have spanned luxury, apparel, specialty, mass-merchant, chain drugstore, department store, and discount retailers ranging from $500 million to $25 billion+ in revenue. His extensive retail experience covers a range of competency areas, including strategic planning, stores, real estate, merchandise planning and allocation, new-capability evaluation, portfolio evaluation, and P&L improvement. Pete has a record of leading client teams to exceptional operational and financial results that positively affect margin and expenses. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he had multiple positions in Accenture's retail strategy practice.
Pete has an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business (now Booth School of Business).
