She has worked across different industries including legal, healthcare, not-for-profit, government, retail, and private equity, with experience advising on large-scale transformation, organizational design, merger integration, culture change, and M&A due diligence.
Pippa holds a master's degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University and worked in the behavioral research lab at Columbia Business School. Previously, Pippa was a strategic advisor to several top US and UK law firms and also advised new ventures on scaling sustainably to support continued growth.
