Rick partners with companies to develop growth strategies and improve commercial capabilities. He has spent more than 10 years in consulting, managing projects, and leading people to meet and exceed their goals. Rick has expertise in several industries—including consumer products and technology—in addition to a strong record in developing growth, sales, and digital strategies; in building commercial-excellence capabilities; and in creating inventory management processes. He has worked with both public and private companies and appreciates the unique business goals of each. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was with Bain & Company, Whirlpool Corp., and the US Army.
Rick has an MBA from Cornell University's Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management.
