SUMMARY
Rick partners with companies to develop growth strategies and improve commercial capabilities. He has spent 15 years consulting, managing projects, and leading people to meet and exceed their goals. Rick has expertise in several industries—including consumer products and technology—in addition to a strong record in developing growth, sales, and digital strategies, leading M&A work, and building commercial-excellence capabilities. He has worked with public, PE-owned, and founder-led companies and appreciates the unique business goals of each. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was with Bain & Company, Whirlpool Corp., and the US Army.
Rick has an MBA from Cornell University.
