As a former prosecutor and trial attorney, Bobby brings a depth
of legal and regulatory experience to help clients navigate complex situations. Previously, Bobby served as the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, serving two separate terms under President Barack Obama and under President George W. Bush. Bobby has also served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern and Middle districts of Florida, a Trial Attorney in the United States Department of Justice; an Associate Independent Counsel on two occasions in the Office of Independent Counsel; and an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. Prior to that, Bobby was also engaged in the private practice of law in New York City. He now utilizes his legal and regulatory expertise to support investigations, government negotiations, and other regulatory reviews.
Bobby is a graduate of Fordham University and New York Law School.
