Robert advises companies, secured and unsecured creditors, and asset purchasers, and specializes in representing official committees of unsecured creditors. He has experience across numerous industries, including retail, mining, refining, telecom, media and entertainment, restaurant, supermarket, and manufacturing, and has worked on numerous substantial litigation matters arising in connection with bankruptcy cases. Previously, he was at Cooley LLP.
Robert has a JD from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a James Kent Scholar. In 2018, he was selected by the American Bar Association for its “Top 40 Young Lawyers” award. He serves on the board of Commonpoint Queens, a social services organization that reaches more than 50,000 members of its community each year.
