Shu has extensive management consulting experience focused on the areas of strategy, leadership, business incubation, and organizational development as well as digital transformation. Shu's major clients are in the high-tech sectors of telecommunications and online media as well as the automotive sector: global commercial and passenger original equipment manufacturers and original-equipment-suppliers' parts and accessories. Previously, he was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company in Asia, a vice president (VP) at Groupon.com in Asia, and an executive partner at BayCurrent Consulting. Shu has an MBA in online commerce from National Taiwan University. He has published two business books on leadership development and digital integration—both of them top-10 sellers in their category.
