SUMMARY
Shigenori has gained a wide range of experience in consulting as well as managing a start-up company. He was engaged in many enterprise value-up projects in various industries especially digital products and information technology. Before joining AlixPartners, he started his career as a marketing specialist at Microsoft Japan, after that worked with A.T. Kearney for seven years and was a director for a start-up company for five years. Shigenori has a Bachelor of Arts from University of Tokyo.

北成倫 ディレクター。20年以上にわたり、経営コンサルティング会社における経営戦略の構築・実行支援、事業会社における業務経験を有す。これまで、国内外の製造業や情報通信業を中心に幅広い業種を対象に、ハイレベルな戦略や計画の策定にとどまらず、現場レベルに踏み込んだ事業戦略策定・コスト削減・オペレーション改善等において数多くの実績を有す。アリックスパートナーズ入社以前は、A.T.カーニーでのコンサルティング、マイクロソフトでのプロダクトマーケティングを担った。東京大学文学部卒業。
