SUMMARY
Stefan has 20 years of financial services experience, working predominantly in insurance, reinsurance, banking, and consulting but also serving state-owned enterprises and private-equity companies. Stefan also has extensive business experience in developing and emerging markets, especially in Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. His expertise spans global growth strategies (M&A/PMI and strategic partnerships), digital initiatives, organizational and risk management projects, and performance improvement initiatives. Previously, he was a senior executive manager with global responsibility for the strategy and organizational development of Munich Re Group and was in financial services at Roland Berger.
Stefan has a PhD in banking and a business administration degree from the University of Nuremberg.
