SUMMARY
Stephen directs operations efficiency and effectiveness improvement programs for corporations in the automotive and high-tech industries. He has 18 years of industry and consulting experience, with an international focus on Latin America. Leveraging his experiences in Brazil and his fluency in Portuguese, he began his career at DaimlerChrysler as part of the Tritec 1.6-liter-engine joint venture with BMW. He was a founding member of a sales team that identified and developed engineering integration packages for various engines and transmissions sold to Chinese, Indian, and Russian original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Stephen has a Master of Science in mechanical engineering and an MBA from the Wharton School and and was affiliated with the Lauder Institute, studying Spanish.
