Sudeep is an accomplished strategy, operation, and transaction (M&A, spin-off) leader with more than 20 years of consulting experience specializing in cost transformation, global trade, supply chain, org design, customer and product profitability, turnaround, restructuring, divestiture, and M&A. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young (EY) in Transaction Advisory Services and focused on diligence, synergy, sourcing, supply chain, working capital, cost improvement and S&OP. Prior to EY, Sudeep was a principal at Manhattan Associates and worked in supply chain optimization, planning, inventory, logistics, distribution, and fulfillment.
Sudeep is a firm expert in global trade, has published several white papers, has delivered keynotes at conferences, and developed a big data digital platform GTO.
Sudeep holds an executive certification from Harvard Business School, an MBA from Emory University, and a Bachelor in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (India).
