SUMMARY
Sundaram has more than 10 years of experience in working on profit improvement projects both in industry and in consulting. He focuses on implementation-oriented profit improvement projects as well as pricing and trade optimization work to help several food and beverage consumer products clients achieve accelerated improvement in EBITDA. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a business analysis manager at private-equity-owned consumer goods company Sleep Innovations, where he led analytically complex projects to aggressively cut costs. He has also helped clients improve their procurement and supply chain functions.
Sundaram has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and is Certified in Production and Inventory Management.
