Ted has 30 years of restructuring experience, is part of a group of prestigious and influential advisors, and is a verifiably talented turnaround professional. He has served as an advisor to boards of directors and as interim manager in a number of complex international turnarounds and restructurings, including those of General Motors, Dana, Kmart, and TerraForm. He has also advised lenders, creditors, and sponsors in restructurings, including those of Chassix Inc., the City of Detroit, and American Suzuki. Ted has worked with clients in a variety of industries with many different business models and is adept at quickly identifying operational and organizational solutions to improve enterprise value.
Ted is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy.
