Vadim has had nearly three decades of practical expertise in dealing with complicated accounting and financial issues involved in litigation and consulting engagements. Because of his strong foundation in accounting and financial concepts, clients profit from his ability to apply technical guidance to real-life business issues. Previously, he was with Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He honed his skills by working on revenue recognition, purchase accounting, impairments, and other complex US generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP). Vadim is a graduate of the University of Illinois, a certified public accountant, and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
