SUMMARY
Xing provides strategic and hands-on operational consulting and interim management services for clients in the automotive and industrial goods sectors. With more than 17 years of experience in the automotive industry, Xing’s experience spans the areas of value creation and results-driven implementation. Key projects have included a client’s transformation to e-mobility (e-motors production) and turnarounds of distressed suppliers by means of commercial recovery and operational value creation. Xing has held interim roles in manufacturing and performed operational due diligences, and clients have benefited from his extensive expertise and achievements in financially driven operational improvement. Previously, he was with Porsche and with Ernst & Young corporate finance.
Xing has a PhD in production technology from Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology.
