Olivier has 23 years of corporate and consulting experience, with expertise in Electronics and Telecom, Procurement, Operations and Strategy.
Olivier works alongside clients management teams and Private Equity shareholders on value creation. He has extensive experience in Procurement transformation, large-scale performance improvement plans, carve-out and merger integrations. He focuses on Tech, Semiconductor and Business Services sectors. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Olivier was the General Manager of a family-owned holding company specializing in the development and turnaround of SMEs and is accomplished in comprehensive transformation programs. He has also held management roles in Procurement and Strategy in the electronics industry for 10+ years.
Olivier holds an Engineering degree from Mines ParisTech.
