With more than 15 years experience in industry and advisory roles within Automotive and Industrials organizations, Felicity has worked in operational, procurement and supply chain transformation. She has developed corporate, product and supply chain strategies, negotiated partnership agreements between organizations, run cost optimization activities and supported organizational turnarounds.

Felicity is passionate about sustainability. She is the ESG lead for Automotive in AlixPartners and has helped several organizations in their ESG strategic development and implementation, including developing electrification transition plans and translating ambitious emission reduction aspirations into actionable targets.

An Australian having lived and worked globally, clients benefit from her ability to adapt to different cultures. She has a degree in aerospace engineering from RMIT University in Australia and an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford. Prior to AlixPartners, Felicity worked with Nissan in Germany and the UK, and prior to that, in the aerospace industry in Japan.

  • Developed long-term strategies for several automotive clients, from 10 year product and technology strategies (including transitions to battery electric vehicles) to supply chain and organizational strategies.
  • Conducted technical and commercial discussions for a partnership negotiation between two automotive OEMs.
  • Delivered Value-added ESG program for global Industrials organization, identifying ESG enhancements, savings and performance improvements, on top of basic ESG compliance.
  • Established market entry requirements for recycled metals organization.
  • Performed operational due diligences on various automotive and industrials organizations, from hyper cars to wind turbine manufacturing.
